And to think I started blogging 3 years ago in the Tumblrverse about anything and everything, lost 35 pounds with your help, and became a half-marathon runner. I owe you guys the world!
How cool is this? Save this image to your desktop, print it off, and hang it on your wall where you will see it every day. As you complete exercises, you add them to the list.
For example, at the end of the month it might say, “Kilometers walked: 5 + 3 + 2” You can just keep adding amounts as you complete them.
An awesome way to keep motivated all month, and to show how much progress you made at the end of September!

This gives you cardio, and a full-body workout! Just do as much as you can, when you can!
