OMG. There are no words to describle the deliciousness.

I had the yogurt/raw oats/banana/walnuts breakfast that I so much adore again today. I swapped out the Liberte vanilla yogurt (22g sugar, 7g protein) for the vanilla greek yogurt (16g sugar - still high, but better. and 11g protein)
Have you ever tried raw oats? Do you like them?

Incredible. My absolute favourite salad. Perfectly balanced protein, carbs & fats.
In the mix: Baby spinach (but any mixed greens will do. Cooked chicken breast Raisins Chopped walnut Chopped apple (pour some lemon juice on the apple so it doesn’t turn brown)
The dressing: A squeeze of lemon juice Hellman’s low fat olive oil mayonnaise
That’s right. Mayo. On a salad....

I really love using raw, uncooked oats with yogurt. It’s so delicious! This breakfast uses a yogurt with a high protein content, and the oats and bananas will give you a kick of energy to get you through til lunch time! I can’t wait for my next grocery run so I can get some pumpkin to add to my next mix!

How does one stay motivated not only to study CONSTANTLY (literally 7am-11pm), but also to keep on track with fitness goals? Pointers & tips appreciated and accepted with love.
