Why I think smoothies are just AWESOME.
If you’ve ever complained that you just can’t get your entire recommended 5-10 servings of veggies in one day, you should seriously consider trying to make your own smoothies. Instead of spending 20 minutes chomping back 2 cups of spinach with creamy, high-fat dressing and croutons, why not blend the spinach with some banana and grapes, and get more fruit & veg servings with less...
