y’know that clear liquid that is on top of your yogurt when you first open it?
It’s pure protein.
Don’t pour it out, stir it back in.

Whole grain baked pita chips.
Take a pita, cut it in half.
Next, cut each half down the fold, so you have four quarters.
Now, they are in nice, flat pieces so you can cut them in to whatever shapes you want. I made triangles (Good for dippin’)
