2 days later my thighs still hurt from this.
Try holding this pose on a stability ball on your shins for as long as you can. Add a 10-15lb kettlebell or weight. Make it even harder by adding bicep curls.

Sweet mother of mercy. Chicken, kidney beans, chickpeas, asparagus, chives, broccoli, red bell pepper, mushroom, kale, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and zucchini in a tomato blush sauce. By far the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Ever.
I love all the green things!

Another very windy, hilly 5k in the books.
I feel sexiest not in high heels, or a skirt. Not doused in make-up, or wearing lots of jewelery. Give me my running sneakers, my ipod, and a beautiful sunny day. THAT is my happy.

12:30-1:45: Physics/Astronomy lecture
1:45-3:45: Study for midterms
4:00-8:00: Work
8:00-9:30: Help someone with hypothyroidism develop meal plan & exercise program
9:30-10:30: Got my wallet, ate supper, went for a drive, frigged around on the internets.
10:30-11:45: Very intense strength workout with the roomie, shower
11:45-2:00: Homework for tomorrow
