2 days later my thighs still hurt from this.
Try holding this pose on a stability ball on your shins for as long as you can. Add a 10-15lb kettlebell or weight. Make it even harder by adding bicep curls. HURTS SO GOOD.

Sweet mother of mercy. Chicken, kidney beans, chickpeas, asparagus, chives, broccoli, red bell pepper, mushroom, kale, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and zucchini in a tomato blush sauce. By far the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Ever. I love all the green things!
